I think I need to start logging stuff again. I've regained all of the weight I lost, and my diabetes is out of control again. I've tried to get things under control but I'm not doing very well. The next missing piece is public accountability.
So, sporadic blood checks and weekly weighings here I come!
4,508 steps, 0 aerobic. Ankles still aching but starting to feel better.
4,284 steps, 0 aerobic. Didn't go for a walk today because parts of my legs are aching - think I've overdone it for the past two days.
The step count today is... 12,266 of which 6,764 were aerobic. Aerobic means at least 10 minutes of >60 steps a minute until a 1 minute break, so go me!
My sister got me a pedometer for my birthday, and today was the first day I've worn it. Happy to say that I did 14,096 steps of which 9,740 were "aerobic" (will look at what that means in the instructions at some point). It was just over 4k for the day before I went out walking this evening so an ~80 minute walk is about 10k steps.
16st10, and apparently my "ideal weight" is between 14st and 17st7, so yay! My target for Q1 2010 is 15st.
